Once our BDM completes our customer closures, our Account Manager serves as the single point of contact for that client and manages all internal communication with their in-house account management team. You must be eager to engage with clients as this role will be crucial in nurturing client partnerships and expanding our business horizons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Able to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Proactively address client concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in cold calling B2B (preferred but not required)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Track record in account management (preferred but not required)
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
