Overview of the role Main responsibility is to provide sales and administrative assistance to the sales team and help prospects to clarify their needs and requirements. The tasks involve assisting in the provision of raising quotes and sales orders which help to devise solutions to customer requirements."

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • The support sales team in preparing quote amendments and handling office administrative tasks for sales operation.
  • Communicate with customers through online chat support services while creating and maintaining delivering a positive experience for the customer, together assisting the sales team in reaching customer accounts.
  • Process customer orders, and pricing requests, and prepare statements and reports when required.
  • Coordinate and allocate stock to ensure stock does not exhaust on high turnover products.
  • Maintain a log file of information on all stock deliveries.
  • Develop and maintain a large and healthy network of external prospects and internal organizational employees.
