Your role

This position provides secretarial support to the Magistrates Society of Western Australia, (the Society). Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

• Coordination of Society Committee meetings and the Annual General Meeting;
• Coordination of various Society events throughout the year including educational conferences and functions;
• Management of subscription fees and expenditure for the Society;
• General secretarial support including typing, preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.

Working regionally is a great opportunity for individuals to develop themselves professionally where they are required to develop initiative and a broad range of professional and personal skills including the ability to work autonomously and flexibly as well as building and nurturing community and stakeholder relationships.  Regional work allows learning new skills and on-the-job experiences.

The Secretary role may earn a salary of  A$64,172 - A$69,256 + Super
