Your role

This position provides secretarial support to the Magistrates Society of Western Australia, (the Society). Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Coordination of Society Committee meetings and the Annual General Meeting;
  • Coordination of various Society events throughout the year including educational conferences and functions;
  • Management of subscription fees and expenditure for the Society;
  • General secretarial support including typing, preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.
