The interview process included: application, personality test, phone interview, in-person group assessment centre, partner interview and then letter of offer.

Very direct and clear instructions were provided.

Was during COVID lockdowns. so was all online via video calls

The interview process was good. Only feedback was that it took over 3 months to get back to me after I had completed the Psychometric test.

Generic interview questions until the partner Interview which entailed questions around a case-study related to the role you've applied for.

Main question asked was why I wanted to work in audit after I had finished a law degree? Other questions included what would I bring to Deloitte, how I would deal with conflicts and how will I bring teamwork to my teams?

What is the biggest trend or most important issue for my service line. How I have overcome difficulties etc.

The best way to prepare would be to ensure that your CV and cover letter are prepped for when the applications open and also to research more about the company and specifically the area. I would suggest practising responding to interviewing question (with family and friends).

Stay curious and passionate to keep up with the most updated with events within the industry.

there is little need for that. be yourself would be fine.

Just be yourself - those who were authentic and were clear about their distinct features that differentiated them from others, they mentioned them. Interviewers are very high on experience and can understand when someone is being themselves or when someone is trying to be someone who they are not.
