Your role

Dell's Field Marketing Team is responsible for driving the growth of the Dell Client Solution product lines (End user compute, Display and Client Peripherals) by combining all marketing mix elements, leveraging our Dell sales teams and reporting resources across the organization to meet our business objectives. As part of the Field Marketing Team, here is the list of your responsibilities: 

  • Align and communicate programs to local sales leadership and marketing
  • Assist the Field Marketing team in their ongoing enablement/engagements with the sales teams
  • Monitor/drive pipeline by providing weekly and ad-hoc funnel reporting
  • Work closely with our Inside and Outbound sales teams
    • Align and communicate sales programs to the local sales team and leadership
    • Work with sales to drive customer evaluation programs on a quarterly basis
  • Administration tasks including organising and distributing our demo pool
  • Ensure specialists are equipped with the latest and greatest products
  • Track core business metrics to help identify activities that will accelerate the business performance
  • Remedy and support areas of the business that require sales and marketing attention
  • Provide subject matter expertise to Dell account teams with key customer and partner engagements
  • Ensure product and competitive knowledge by training and communicating all critical points to key stakeholders during the product lifecycle

In this role, you will work side by side with the Field Marketing Manager, who is seen as the driver of CSG portfolio sales execution and operational rigour in specified territories, routes to market (direct, channel) and segments (account tiers).

Essential Requirements
