• Speciality Rotations: Rotate through key teams in your chosen stream. Each rotation is designed to expand your technical knowledge and enhance your role-specific skills.

Specialised Experiences:

• Commercial and Technical Capabilities: Develop graduate-specific capabilities through thriving learning sessions. Gain coaching and guidance from regular roundtables with the Executive Leadership Team. Ideate on a business problem as part of the Innovation Challenge to sharpen your commercial acumen and technical skills.
• Social and Professional Development: Thrive as a professional by participating in our mentor program, social events, exclusive David Jones events and contributing to our Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DI&B) allyship initiatives to build your network and enhance your professional journey.

Innovation Challenge:

• Showcase Your Skills: In your final year of the program utilise your newly acquired skills and experiences to tackle a commercial challenge presented by the Executive Leadership Team This is your chance to shine and demonstrate your innovative thinking.

About you

Qualifications:

• Recently/newly graduated tertiary qualifications in business commerce, marketing, or a similar bachelor’s degree
• A curious mind and a passion for luxury product trends, curation of assortments with an eye for analytical detail
• A passion for inspiring memorable moments while delivering meaningful commercial outcomes
• High level of interpersonal skills enabling you to build strong relationships with business partners
• A desire to learn and continuously improve
• An ability to prioritise and meet conflicting deadlines 
• Exposure to working across any industry that leads to creativity is of interest to them but is not necessarily essential
