• Assist external Sales Account Managers with supporting reports and solutions, including technical quotation writing.
• Assist the commercial team to manage their respective sales territories including comparison review, Year on Year (YOY), Quarter by Quarter team performance analyses, participating in regular team meetings.
• Manage system contracts and pricing agreements for key focus accounts including renewals and new contracts while ensuring pricing is aligned correctly against current agreements.
• SAP financial reporting on material cost for pricing analysis.
• Assist Customer Service on pricing related queries arising during order entry for key focus accounts.
• Creating and extending product numbers in SAP to ANZ.
• Management and troubleshooting of automated Daily Sales reporting for the ANZ team.
• To assist with coordination of projects, documentation and administration for the ANZ Biotech Team.
• Provide Business and Marketing support for new product launches.
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Commercial experience, preferably in the Biotech industry
