2022 Education and Care Traineeship - TAFE Students Preferred null

Cumberland City Council operates 14 education and care services across the Cumberland Local Government Area, including long day care and OOSH (out-of-school hours) services.

Cumberland City Council is pleased to offer positions for Education and Care trainees to join our team and develop their career in the industry alongside our professional and skilled staff. These traineeships offer a combination of on-the-job work experience combined with the completion of a nationally recognised qualification through TAFE or a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

The successful applicant will require:

• A commitment to learning and a genuine interest in early childhood education and care
• The ability to meet deadlines and adhere to a training plan
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be 18 years of age or over.
