About the Role

As a member of the legal support team, you will receive on-the-job training and gain experience in all relevant aspects of legal practice administration. You will work in a friendly, collaborative environment where the Legal Support Teams will assist in mentoring and supporting you in developing your skills and experience. Our legal secretaries provide legal secretarial support to solicitors in a specialist legal practice group and undertake a range of administrative tasks to ensure that solicitors are fully supported in delivering legal services to clients.

Essential requirements:

  • Qualified at Higher School Certificate standard
  • Certificate III in Business Administration or higher qualification.

About You

An ideal candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic and a team player committed to providing a high level of administrative support. You will be a highly organised, efficient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced. Good knowledge of technology (MS Suite) is desirable.
