As a business that has grown, we have recently deployed a new Human Resources system and as part of this, we have integrated a Learning Management System to keep up with our onboarding induction training and ongoing compliance for government regulation regarding our staff and interaction with our clients.
We are offering a 3 month paid internship at the rate SCAHDS level 1 pay level which is $22.11 per hour + super, which equates to $840.18 per week + super (10%) based on 7.6 hours per day.
The position is not ongoing but the opportunity to use a modern learning management system in a real-time work environment would be beneficial to future career prospects.
We will provide training on the system and the successful candidate will be working directly with the Policy and Accreditation Manager.
We require the candidates to have either recently successfully graduated or within the next two weeks have completed and passed the Cert IV in Training and Assessment as a minimum. The role is not remote and you will be working in the Civic Tower building in Bankstown.
