Junior QA Officer - TAFE Students Preferred null

An exciting entry-level opportunity exists for highly motivated individuals to join our national engineering team. In this position, you will report into the Technical & Quality Manager and will be supported by the operations team as well as daily interaction with customers.

Based in Western Sydney with Onsite parking available.

Principle Duties (includes, but may not be limited to):

• Prepare final reports and compliance certificated
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings
• Conduct incoming and process inspection
• Create and raise reports to the Engineering Manager
• Monitor quality databases
• Ensure continuous improvement of the business
• Maintains NCR/SCAR system 
• Assist in maintaining ISO9001 accreditation
• Prepare and assist with internal audits 
• Typing reports and correspondence
• Administration and clerical duties as required 

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in QA or Engineering 
• Proven knowledge and management of ISO 9001 accreditation
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Effectively use MS Suite of programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Be highly organized
• Be articulate and have excellent communication/interpersonal skills
• Be reliable and have a sound work ethic
• Able to work unsupervised and/or as part of a team
• Be immediately available
