About the program:

Our Graduate Program aims to provide you with the opportunity to explore specific areas of the construction industry by exposing you to different facets of the business. Each graduate must complete four modules over twelve months designed to build your technical and behavioural skills.

You will be rotated through modules in Safety, Site Management, Project Management and Client Management. You will be given access to experienced leaders within the business and provided with ongoing support

Requirements

  • You have or are in your final semester of completing a Bachelor’s Degree, preferred disciplines being Construction, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture or relevant fields.
  • Are an Australian/ New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of application
  • Are an all-rounder candidate with the interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence and work in a team environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Have a positive attitude to make the most of this opportunity and
  • Have a sense of urgency and ability to manage time well
