Your role

Fast-track your engineering career with a placement in the ConocoPhillips Global Accelerate Graduate Program. You will receive on-the-job work assignments, technical and non-technical training, and mentoring to support your career development. As an employee, this three-year paid program will give you the opportunity to work with local experts and global specialists on technical work tasks, and projects as part of the Global Engineering Academy.
