The Role

The role is a junior position, based at our office in Wyong.

You’ll be assisting with basic IT tasks for our clients including working with a variety of technologies and programs. If you’re looking for the opportunity to learn from a team of professionals and join us in our journey to grow, this is the role for You.

Required Skills

  • Be undertaking or have completed Cert III- IT course with TAFE etc
  • Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be punctual and committed.
  • Fundamental Networking Skills (LAN/WAN/FIREWALL)
  • Good Documentation Practices

Desired Skills

  • Customer service experience would be advantageous
  • Drivers license
  • Have an understanding of Servers (Windows Server)
  • Happy to be an IT geek!

The successful candidate must be ready to provide a Police check and any other relevant industry requirements.
