Administration Officer - TAFE Students Preferred null

If you are a self-starter with a passion for numbers and a commitment to accuracy, we would love to hear from you. You will be based out of our unique riverside office location just outside of Wyong on the NSW Central Coast.

Applicants must have:

• Proven customer service and people skills.
• A good understanding of computers and technology.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a close team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Experience in similar accounts/admin role, desired by not essential.
• A clean police record (a national police check will be required)

Areas you’ll be involved in:

• Maintaining accurate financial records and reconciling accounts.
• Processing invoices, expenses, and other financial transactions.
• Ensuring timely payment of bills to suppliers.
• Assisting our accountant in areas such as payroll and tax obligations.
• Assisting in the ordering and tracking of equipment for customers.
• Monitoring customer queries through our internal systems.
