Our Technology team is responsible for simplifying and modernising Bankwest’s technology environment, while also unlocking new value for our customers. We do this by designing and delivering market leading technology solutions, and as part of the CBA Group we have access to world leading technology - from innovative product platforms for our customers, to essential tools within our business.

We are seeking driven and motivated individuals. This role operates in a creative, challenging and revolutionary environment where we’re dealing with sweeping technological change. 

We’re looking for adaptive problem-solvers who want to be part of something big, and who can help to further strengthen the culture of one of WA’s most established, but eager-for-change, financial institutions. 

This program is best suited to people with University or TAFE qualifications in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Information Science, Software Development, Software Engineering and Website Development.

The program commences on 20 February 2023, where you’ll join as a full-time permanent employee. Throughout this program you will be provided professional development opportunities including interactive masterclasses, training courses and graduate conference events to help you transition from full-time study to full-time life!

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW 

• You are an Australian/New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident at the time of your application (essential)
• In your final year of your qualification or have graduated within the last 12 months (essential); and
• Achieving at least a credit average across your university degree or TAFE diploma (essential).
