2022 Early Childhood Teacher - TAFE students Preferred null

• Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) for a full time position and 
• Certificate III and Diploma Educator for part time positions

We provide high-quality education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years in this beautiful purpose-built facility. Our modern centre has 4 rooms catering from Nursery to Preschoolers.

You will be responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining a safe learning environment and excellent relationships with children, families, careers and staff.
• Ensuring compliance with routines, policies, processes and practices
• To develop and implement, in consultation with parents and staff a high-quality program that meets the individual needs of children.
• To prepare and maintain documentation that relates to children’s development, educational program, and compliance with legislative requirements.
• Working with other staff towards continuous improvement in all areas of the service’s operations
• To provide leadership and promote a cooperative team approach.

The successful candidate must have:

• NSW Department of Education and Communities approved Early Childhood Education and Care Qualification. ACECQA approved or recognized teaching qualification (i.e. either a Bachelor of Teaching or Education or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of the New Quality Framework and Early Year Learning Framework
• Current First-Aid Certificate including Asthma and Anaphylaxis
• NSW Department of Education and Communities approved the Child Protection Training Certificate.
• Approved and current Working with Children Check Number
• NESA accredited teacher in the categories of either: Graduate, Proficient, Highly accomplished or lead.
