      COG Digital is a fantastic established and fast-moving Digital Agency located at Cronulla in the south of Sydney. As part of the COG Branding Group that was established in 2008, there is a great client roster and some great senior mentors across all areas of branding and marketing.

      As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for undertaking a broad range of branding initiatives aimed at delivering project and campaign success for our client's businesses and their brands.

      The successful Digital Specialist will be responsible for managing communications and functions across the broad suite of digital platforms, and be willing to be involved in all the agency processes such as Research, Insight, Strategy, Content Development, Activation, Management and Reporting.

      You'll have a great work ethic, a positive attitude and a willingness to roll up the sleeves. You will also have a great handle of the English language and grammar plus the all-important sharp eye for detail

      Job tasks and responsibilities

      • Content Management - Creating, managing and growing brands' social presences and online properties. (Including client/customer support) Developing tone of voice, acquiring a deep understanding of the strategy and ensuring its execution.
      • Content Creation - Creating content calendars for social media channels. (Including blog posts and articles.) Creative and copywriting.
      • Managing Performance Marketing: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter. Strategising, optimising, refining and reporting on results.
      • Managing Performance Content: eCommerce Website campaigning and management.
      • Google Product Suite: Using a broad selection of Google Services to manage Analytics, SEO, Paid Search campaigns on both the search and display networks.
      • Using measurement tools to provide weekly/monthly reports. Continually finding ways to, improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives.
      • Email Marketing - Building EDMs and managing deployment. Following up with reporting and analytics.
      • Strategic Recommendations - Assisting with strategy projects, research and analysis, document preparation and presentation.
