The Architecture and Visual Merchandising Intern will assist in the execution and coordination of Clarins counter renovation and upgrade projects, along with on and off counter eventing and promotional activity. They will also contribute to the ongoing repairs and maintenance of Clarins locations across Australia and New Zealand.

Our Internship is a 2 day a week placement, for a minimum of 3 months. This position is unpaid. Performance, efficiency, and contribution to the team with be highly regarded if a permanent position becomes available.

We are only looking for applicants who require internship hours as part of their relevant tertiary/ study requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the booking of, and assist with the Management of Contractors
  • Execute daily tasks including liaising with shopfitters, sourcing quotes, actioning adhoc architecture repairs etc
  • Assist with eventing and launch executions, coordinating stakeholders, bookings, shipping and setup instructions
  • Managing miscellaneous posting/freighting of additional POS to be sent to store
  • Maintain the department’s CSR Tracking Input on Visual Merchandising and projects to uphold the Global Head Offices reporting requirements
  • Join other team members on Store Visits to assist with repairs, maintenance and projects with key partners including Myer, David Jones & Westfield

About you:

  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound planning and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities and expectations
  • Strong technical skills, minimum beginner in Microsoft Office
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience an advantage
  • Enthusiastic self-starter who regularly takes initiative
