Environmental impact is a high priority of the City of Gold Coast We have a Department named Environment, Heritage and Resilience who are specialists who design, maintain and champion natural environment and cultural heritage, ensuring the Citys heritage and natural assets thrive, for future generations to enjoy. They care for the management of waste to minimise its impact on our environment and public health.

We are paperless, we recycle, we try and only print in black when needed.

The City is implementing a project to end our reliance on landfill by proposing an integrated recycling and energy precinct, the Advanced Resource Recovery Centre (ARRC).

In my are of construction I am actively making efforts to choose more environmental friendly options and taking into consideration the more sustainable option.

Big commitment to moving to Electric Vehicles for the company's fleet. Some facilities are at almost net-zero for emissions, which is being developed and continued with all new projects.
