Your role

Due to revenue and client growth, CBRE has an opportunity for a graduate or an operator with 1-2 years experience in Transaction Management to join their high-performing National Transaction Management team.

The Opportunity:

  • Provide management of real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of properties on behalf of clients
  • Prepare, recommend, and implement a portfolio-wide transaction strategy for acquiring and disposing of real estate properties.
  • Coordinate resources and stakeholders through the execution of lease renewals, new site acquisitions, disposition of surplus space through sub-leasing, safe renewals, and early lease termination.
  • Draft and analyse documents, including RFP comparison reports, proposal comparison packages, letters of intent, and broker’s opinion of value.
  • Understand how to review and interpret financial analysis 
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal CBRE stakeholders across various business lines.

About you
