Here’s a snapshot of your day:

  • Day-to-day administration of reactive and planned work orders
  • Implementation and management of the computerized management system
  • Interaction with lead technicians
  • Deliver ongoing performance and compliance reporting to all stakeholders, following contract and corporate obligations.
  • Deliver services and activities in line with budget and reporting requirements.
  • Interaction with lead technicians to ensure monthly contractual and compliance are in line with KPI’s and SLA’s
  • Coordination of monthly audit reports.

About you

Role requirements:

  • Has recently graduated or will soon graduate with a Diploma or Degree in relevant fields
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic to intermediate level in core Microsoft packages – particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
