Your role

You’ll work collaboratively with their Property Management team, supporting the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties including tenant liaison, lease administration, occupancy issues as well and general office administration duties. Here's what you will focus on;

  • Establish positive relationships and provide prompt responses to tenant’s requests
  • Administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owner and the tenants
  • Monitor financial transactions relative to lease and contractual obligations
  • Preparation/compilation of reports, documents, presentation material, and minutes for meetings as required
  • General Property, Office and Administrative duties including greeting clients, attending meetings, and monthly reporting along with ad-hoc duties as required.

About you
