Sales Operations

  • Involved in the preparation of submissions, reports and client presentations
  • Ensure the team is working efficiently and maintaining the agreed team, client and process objectives
  • Ensure CRM and other databases are updated with appropriate and necessary information
  • Be comfortable using phone, email, social media, and other methods to reach prospective customers through a high level of daily activities
  • Utilise business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and develop accounts

Marketing

  • Ability to drive the digital marketing strategy related to lead generation, brand awareness & customer lifecycle management
  • Proven track record of copywriting & content creation for pitches, blogs, infographics, lead magnets, social posts/promotions and other
  • Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

Sales Support

  • Attend pitches and client meetings and participate with your team members in providing a high quality of knowledge, advise and insight into the commercial office market in the Sydney CBD
  • Drive relationship management, assisting our clients through both the inspection and decision-making process

Here are strengths you'll possess and the background you'll need to be successful;

  • Tertiary qualification in a Property, Finance, Marketing or Commerce related discipline.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Full understanding of all social media platforms and best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skill
  • Have a business development mindset with the ability to self-start and drive leads independently
  • A can-do attitude and determination to succeed
