CASS Care Ltd is a multi-disciplined community services provider active in the provision of a comprehensive range of social welfare services, catering for the needs of the cradle to seniors, including disability, home ageing, residential aged care, child care, settlement and health, vocational and many more community-based services. We are now seeking enthusiastic and highly skilled people to fill the above two positions in our Home Ageing Services (HAS) Unit.
Positions Summary:
The appointees of this position will work in accordance with all Government requirements, service standards, as well as all policies and procedures, vision, mission, and goals of our organization. The Multicultural Home Ageing Services Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Administration/Rostering Team to manage the support workers in the Multicultural Home Ageing Services Unit, as well as general administrative support to the HAS team.
Multicultural Home Ageing Services Administrative Assistant:
• Assisting the Administration/Rostering Team to ensure that the day to day work arrangements of support workers are smooth and organised, and that direct services provided by support workers comply with quality requirements.
• Using other tools such as Excel, Word to manage the data/information relating to service delivery and the management of support workers.
Salary and employment conditions for the above position is as per the Enterprise Agreement. Salary packaging is available. Discount child care fees are available for CASS's long daycare, before and after school, and vacation care services.
