Your role

An incredible opportunity for exposure to a 3-month contract role involving regular communication with internal teams and wholesale partners, ensuring compliance and smooth operational workflow. In this role, you will report to the Commercial Area Manager to support the efficiency of commercial operations by producing reports, distributing policies, and assisting in projects.

Responsibilities

  1. Compliance and Reporting
    • Produce a monthly compliance report for the boutiques, ensuring all regulations and standards are met
    • Report and consolidate the status of the monthly Cycle counts, providing detailed summaries for the commercial team
  2. Policy and Procedure Management
    • Distribute new policies and procedures to the team and ensure their acknowledgement and understanding
    • Assist in implementing and monitoring adherence to these policies within commercial operations
  3. Project Management
    • Work on a new project related to stock management, contributing ideas and supporting implementation strategies
    • Assist in developing and refining processes to enhance stock control and efficiency
  4. Communication and Coordination
    • Create and send detailed reports to wholesale partners, ensuring clear communication and accurate data representation
    •  Handle any ad hoc requests from the commercial team, providing timely and efficient support

About you

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-organized with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive with a positive attitude towards challenges
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential
  • Previous internship experience in a commercial or business environment is a plus

Career progression

Students who are enrolled in university have a chance to work as apprentices at Cartier. The apprenticeship contract gives you the chance to work in parallel with your studies and put into practice the theory you have learned. The duration of the apprenticeship is one year and the working activity is determined in agreement with the university.
