2022 Assistant Production Role – TAFE Students preferred null

The role:

• The Production Team sits at the heart of the business, working intimately with the designers, design room and retail manager to deliver the collections of both brands to our retail stores. We make over 95% of our product locally, so the Production Team will work closely with local makers and our in-house cutting team, as well as international fabric suppliers.
• The role of the Production Assistant is to assist and support the production team as required.

Key Duties Include but not limited to:

• Assist design rooms with accessories sourcing
• Accurately calculate accessories requirements for each production order and place orders
• Follow up on accessories orders to ensure on time delivery
• Follow up with makers to ensure time submission of production approvals of samples
• Liaise with stores on returns and fixing of faulty garments
• Assess damaged garments and determine responsible agents (customer, maker, fabric mill etc)
• Assist design room to wash and dry-clean test fabrics
