Support senior level staff to deliver project value
My day-to-day role is to learn and absorb information based on the projects/internal work I'm involved in. It can be quite repetitive at times but its still a learning process where I'm figuring out what I like and don't like.
As an Associate Consultant at Capgemini in Melbourne, my day-to-day responsibilities involve collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data, interacting with clients to understand their needs, preparing reports, and collaborating with teams to deliver data-driven solutions while ensuring data quality and compliance with regulations.

Management Consulting
Our seven core values are at the heart of everything we do at Capgemini.
The people, the culture, and the variety of the work I do. The onboarding program and support after are unmatched.
The culture and commitment to work-life balance. The culture is very welcoming and supportive and everyone is so genuine and nice.
The company is very employee-oriented, providing great support and opportunities. From offering great employee benefits to professional development opportunities as well interpersonal growth opportunities such as soft-skills training classes Capgemini really is the most ideal company to work at!
The support that you get from managers and colleagues for career development. The flexibility in terms of how and where you want to work from. The resources to execute your work. It's a great ecosystem.
The people and the work culture are amazing. Everyone has the best intentions and wants you to grow in your graduate year. I absolutely love the stream of work I'm in and enjoy learning about it through collaboration with higher-level consultants, managers, and directors.
Wouldn't call it out as the worst but something I found surprising is the amount of coworker turnover at the company.
The type/amount of work you receive is inconsistent due to the nature of consulting companies.
As it is a large company you can sometimes feel lost in it all.
The location is quite far from me so the commute gets tiring if I'm in the office for more than 2 days straight.
Capgemini has a lot of positive aspects, there may be some areas for improvement like base compensation and other corporate benefits
