2022 Full-time Trainee working towards Cert 3 or Dip - TAFE Students Preferred null

Butterflies is looking to support one full-time trainee who is working towards Early Childhood Cert 3 or Dip. We have a strong leadership team who focuses on supporting our students to achieve a successful career path.

Our team has a strong believe that everyone is a kind of a leader somehow and always support each other to take a part of ownership in the room. This will help our trainees to build a sense of belonging and therefore love to contribute due to the achievement they have made themselves.

We have a rotating roster each week, and all team members will had opportunities to experience different roles as they are opening or closing with a responsible person. We support each other and fill in each other's gap by using our strength.

Butterflies is willing to support our trainee candidate with an above award salary pack and 10% superannuation. The successful candidate in return will need to serve our centre for at least 2 years after their trainee ship is finished. We believe this will help the trainees to build a solid and trustful relationship with our community within this timeline.
