2022 Admin Assistant - TAFE Students preferred null

We are busy litigation-based practice in the heart of the city. You will be supporting four lawyers on a part-time basis with great in-house training. You have the flexibility to work at least 3 days a week, but especially Tuesday.

In order to be successful within this role, you will have at least one year of experience in an admin role with an excellent phone manner, high-level communication skills, (both written and verbal), as well as the ability to multi-task in any situation.

Successful candidates will ideally have a proven level of experience in:

Phone and diary management with the use of Outlook
Microsoft Office skills
Ability to use precedent systems with Smokeball or similar software
Providing administration support in a team environment
Ability to be self-motivated

The successful candidate will have an energetic and motivated personality. They will be working in a busy environment with an excellent opportunity to step into the legal admin industry in a hands-on role. 

This is a role for people who have complete work rights in Australia and must be vaccinated.
