What our FirstStep program offers:

At Bunzl we believe that together we can achieve anything! We are proud to launch our first program targeted for school leavers. Are you not sure what career pathway to take and would like to explore a full-time work right after high school? This program is for you!

• An 18-month program that includes three, six-month rotations within different functions on the business
• Exposure to our managers throughout the program
• On-the job learning on Commercial areas (Sales, Marketing, Finance) OR Operations (Warehouse, Inventory, Customer Service)
• Continuous training and development opportunities to help you build a solid foundation for your career
• Possibility to be offered a full-time permanent position after finishing program, depending on your performance and vacancy availability

What you will need to be successful:

• Recently completed Year 11 or 12 on high school in Australia or New Zealand
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and strong attention to detail
• Motivated and eager to learn and improve business processes
• Curious and ambitious to work on our offices or warehouses across Australia & New Zealand
• Availability to work full time onsite (Monday to Friday)
