As Brock Solutions continues to grow and respond to the on-going requirements of major clients, we need to add talent to our base of outstanding professionals. We are currently seeking a Software Integration Engineer to join our expanding team working out of Sydney Airport.

What You’ll Do

• Work with a multi-disciplinary team to deploy & configure software to customer test and production environments
• Configure and setup server hardware and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, Bluetooth Devices)
• Modify product code to meet the customer's unique needs
• Demonstrate complete integrated system with key external stakeholders during Functional Acceptance Testing & On-site System Testing
• Root Cause Analysis of defects identified in production.
• Maintain, develop, and improve our automated test and deployment tools
• Other duties as assigned by Project Manager

Qualifications Required:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong Troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with SQL & knowledge of databases
• Experience with an object-oriented programming language is required. C# is preferred but Java, C++, or other languages are also acceptable.
• Knowledge of Flyway, Powershell, Azure Devops, Python, Ignition is an asset
• The ability to travel & perform night/weekend work on occasion
• Willing to travel up to 20% throughout the year
• Must meet federal security clearance requirements
• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
