There is regular ladies' breakfast in the Commercial team. We have many events encouraging and supporting diversity and some very clear goals and targets around this in recruitment, retention and promotion. There are great policies around parental leave as well

Company focuses on diversity not just on gender but also background, experiences, thought and more. Really appreciate the generous parental leave available (for both genders) although it's a bit early for me to tap into this benefit

There are roles that start on the coal face and great training and development opportunities to encourage people to move up the ranks. These entry level position quite regularly feed talent into our head office
