Your role

The role will join the Systems Engineering team, focusing on Continuous Improvement Projects. In this role, the individual will design, develop, and improve software and systems across the company. Responsibilities include developing project management plans, leading and executing their implementation with the team, and reporting on performance.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Identify and analyze requirements and specifications,
• Design and develop software solutions, systems and process improvements
• Integrating digital tools, including project planning, testing, data analysis and reporting
• Developing documentation on any changes, including training materials
• Coordinating and conducting training sessions.

About you

The successful applicant will preferably have:

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering / Computer Science or similar software discipline preferred
• Proficient in Programming, including C# and Java
• Proficient in SQL
• Knowledge and willingness to perform in a Scrum-based environment
• Strong ability to identify and solve complex problems
