In this role, our new team member would:

• Be passionate about about ECE and progressive in their approach
• Have a strong work ethic
• Be up to date with current industry related practices and requirements
• Work as part of a collaborative team to deliver an educational programme, under the guidance of an ECT and the Educational Leader
• Assist in delivering high quality, child focused learning opportunities for all children and maintain a safe, stimulating environment throughout the day
• Develop positive relationships with children and their families
• Assist with the documentation of children`s participation in the programme so that each child's development and learning is recorded and used as a tool for the cycle of planning, assessment and evaluation
• Deliver the service in line with Birrahlee's philosophy, policies and procedures
• Be fully Vaccinated against COVID-19
• Have a current Working with Children Check
