This role will see you working closely with our Office Manager and providing direct support to our professional legal team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors, and guests upon arrival to the office;
- Directing clients, visitors, and guests to the appropriate staff member;
- Answering, screening, forwarding, and responding to incoming phone calls;
- Ensuring the reception area and office more generally is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, tissues, forms, and brochures, etc);
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail/deliveries;
- Updating calendars and scheduling meetings;
- Keeping office records updated (various); and
- Performing other clerical receptionist and office administration duties and errands (e.g. filing, photocopying, transcribing and emailing, etc).
Remuneration:
- Salary offered is in accordance with Clerks Award and commensurate with the level of experience.
- Salary displayed is an estimated amount based on Level 1—Year 1 award classification. It is calculated annually based on working regular hours (8hrs/day, 5x/week).
