Your role

At Bindaree, they do everything from “Paddock to Plate”. Whether you want to work in one of their feedlots, processing plants, food technology or corporate offices, they have a variety of opportunities and they invest heavily in their people’s wellbeing and their development. You will also work alongside industry-leading professionals, mentors, and peers.

This program is open to graduates from all faculties who graduated in 2023 or 2024.

The Program:

  • Commences late January 2025
  • Tailored graduate program to suit your career goals, focused on full supply chain exposure 
  • 12-month rotational program with a permanent role with Bindaree at the end
  • Deeply understand Bindaree's product and obtain your AUS Meat Beef Specifications Qualification
  • Based at their major processing site, Inverell, with travel to other sites

About you

To be successful in this role

You are:

  • A graduate who has completed a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in 2023 or 2024.
  • A quick learner and have a “can do attitude”
  • Aligned with their company values

You have:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills, ability to coordinate and plan and work autonomously.
  • Full-time working rights in Australia

Training & development
