The nitty gritty:

• Full-time role (5 days per week)
• Paid study time off the floor (3 hours per week)
• Course costs are full subsidised
• Working across all age groups of children
• Above award pay of $24.76 per hour
• Trainees may also be eligible to receive $1250 every six months, paid over the first two years of the traineeship by the government (up to $5000 total).
• Trainees may also be eligible for a living away from home allowance with access to up to 12 months of support at $77.17 per week and a further $38.59 per week for the second year.
