Facilities Coordinator - TAFE Students Preferred null

We have an exciting opportunity for 2 x Facilities Coordinator to join our largest client. Due to the security clearance required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen.

• Maintain the CMMS system capturing all Preventative and Reactive work orders
• Assist with the management of subcontractors and document maintenance progress
• First point of contact with internal and external customers relating to the contract
• Provide general administration assistance such invoices and purchase orders
• Allocate work orders as required to ensure contract requirements are achieved

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience within high volume administration
• Exceptional customer service, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Knowledge to building/facilities management would be preferred
• Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/innovative approach
• Current Driver's license & own vehicle is a must.
