You will work in a structured environment, with systems in place to ensure you do your job easily and well in a modern office near Thornleigh train station with all-day free parking. Full-time role, 9 am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday.

This is an office-based job. Working from home is not an option.
Customer Service:
Your role will include explaining their services to prospective clients who contact them.
You will also make bookings for appointments and ensure that clients send the right documents to prepare their tax returns.
Clients will invariably make contact by phone, fax, email, or in person with a wide range of questions and requests. Your role will include attending to these queries.
You will be given the tools and training to be able to handle any client request or query.
Administration:
This involves standard administration tasks including;
Managing appointments
Data entry
Writing up letters and emails.
Contacting and following up with clients, other businesses, and government departments such as the ATO.
Small purchasing duties (ie stationery and food).
Postal and Banking duties.
Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
Posting items and lodging reports.
Occasionally cleaning the small kitchen/emptying office bins and vacuuming the office.
Updating client details, invoices, and other documents.
