Mechanical Fitter - TAFE Students Preferred null

Your responsibilities as a fitter will include:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repair work on quarry machinery, including crushers, mobile earthmoving equipment and vehicles
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritise and schedule repairs and maintenance tasks
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Steel fabrication & welding of new & replacement parts
• Emergency repairs of Plant and Crushing Plant
• Gas Cutting, Gas Welding, Arc Welding, Mig Welding
• Confined space/ restricted access work as directed.
