Company Overview:

Our rapidly growing multi-office agency on Sydney’s Lower North Shore is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their goals. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, and we're looking for a talented Prospecting Agent to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Prospecting Agent, you will play a crucial role in our growth by identifying and reaching out to potential clients.  You will be the first point of contact for prospective sellers, buyers and landlords, making your role instrumental in shaping our company's success.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are outgoing, have exceptional communication skills, and thrive on the rewards of their hard work.

You will learn about our industry, master the use of our CRM, learn our systems and processes, and showcase your vital lead generation skills, with the ultimate goal to thrive as an independent agent in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Engagement: Build rapport and create interest in our services.
  • Lead Qualification: Gather essential information and qualify leads for our sales team.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and prospect information in our CRM.
  • Performance Tracking: Strive to meet and exceed performance targets and goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and new business teams to optimise lead generation efforts.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Persistence: Demonstrated ability to stay focused, overcome objections, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and support team goals.
  • Goal-Oriented: Motivated by performance incentives and driven to exceed targets.
  • Prior Experience: Previous experience in a similar prospecting or telemarketing role is a plus but not essential.
  • Qualifications: A valid real estate licence essential.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Compensation: Base salary plus performance-based bonuses and incentives.
  • Training: Industry leading training and coaching to help you excel in your role.
  • Career Growth: Opportunities for advancement within the company.
  • Dynamic Work Environment: A supportive team and a company culture that values your contributions and loves to have fun!
