The Bega Graduate Experience 

We are excited to announce the Bega Graduate Program will open for applications in March 2022.

We are currently inviting applications for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our team at the Bega.

Working on day-to-day activities to support your immediate team as well as engaging in challenging and meaningful projects, Bega graduates will undertake a comprehensive 2-year rotational program with a focus on technical knowledge and skills, Bega business acumen, and personal opportunities to prepare you for an exciting career.

You will also benefit from mentoring as well as the support of a dedicated buddy to help you make the most of the program. Highlights of the program include innovative workshops, creating a professional network across the Bega Group nationally, and bringing fresh ideas to the Bega.

IT Graduate

• Gain experience in a large complex predominately cloud based IT environment
• Our IT services 41 sites, around 4000 employees across 660 servers and 3500 Windows desktops not to mention 16,700 network devices
• Bega IT works across all aspects of IT including Enterprise Architecture, IT operations and technical services, Enterprise Applications and Business solutions, IT Project Governance and Management, Data Warehouse, and Cyber Security
