There is a strong presence of people focus on a lot of active projects within the section. From pedestrian streetscapes to development of transport networks and connectivity. Sustainability is always a consideration and is maximised where possible.

So many programs at schools and institutions all around the worlds we work in throughout new zealand aus singapore pacific islands etc. mental health, cultural, charitable events are celebrated and run weekly. We have 'Volunteer leave' which gives us the option to leave and do volunteer work to help our communities. The design practices we use are sustainable and practicable to make the infrastructure of our communities (and therefore our people) healthy, safe, resilient, top of class, and more efficient.

The first one that comes to mind is the new volunteering leave day that we get per annum. It's a day the company pays us to get out there in the community to help with volunteering activities whether that be tree-planting, rubbish cleanups, and so on. great fun when you do it as a group!
