Your role

Reporting to the Business Unit Head for the Bayer Women’s Health team, this newly created role will be integral in supporting the sales and marketing team with the administration and coordination of key product familiarization programs for healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the educators, sales, and marketing teams to support set up, coordination, and follow-up of local meetings.  
• Process management, recording, and reporting metrics.
• Manage materials, coordinate resources, stock level, and fulfilment management.
• Be the point of contact for both internal and external customers.
