Role Positioning and Objectives

This role is part of Marketing.

Our Marketing Global Graduate Programme is an 18-month fast-track development programme for driven, passionate and ambitious graduates. It is specifically geared for high-potential individuals and provides a foundation for your functional, leadership and commercial development, preparing you at the end of the 18 months to be assigned your first entry-level management role.

You will be immersed in stretch projects that will challenge and excite you during structured rotations and accelerated career pathways.

Reports to: Marketing Director – South East Asia

What you will be accountable for

• You will commence the Global Graduate Programme with a field-based commercial role as an introduction to BAT
• Build a strong business understanding through various role rotations within corporate Marketing – Commercial Trade, Brand Deployment, Insights & Analytics, Digital and Customer Experience
• You will be assigned on a strategic stretch project from time to time where you will collaborate with the team to deliver results for their relevant sub-function
• Proactively drive your development plan through on the job, coaching and mentoring sessions, formal and online training

Crucial Experience, Skills and Knowledge

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related disciplinary field with a strong academic transcript
• Final year students, fresh graduates, and professionals of up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply
• Possess leadership potential proven through extra-curricular activities or work experience
• Hold full working rights in Australia and a valid driver’s license

Remuneration and Benefits

You will receive a competitive remuneration package of AUD 80,000 – AUD 85,000 + super + excellent benefits + market leading bonus.
