ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Our DBS Global Graduate Programme is an 18 month fast-track development programme for driven, passionate and ambitious graduates. It is specifically geared for high-potential individuals and provides a foundation for your functional, leadership and commercial development, preparing you at the end of the 18 months to be assigned your first entry-level management role.
You will be immersed in stretch projects that will challenge and excite you during structured rotations and accelerated career pathways.
We are looking for someone that is unapologetically tech lead!
Reports to: Area Head of DBS South East Asia
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Build a strong business understanding through various role rotations within Digital Business Solutions
- You will be assigned on a strategic stretch projects where you will collaborate with the team to deliver results
- During your programme you will complete a rotation within a field-based commercial role
- Proactively drive your development plan through on the job, coaching and mentoring sessions, formal and online training
- World-class leadership training in Global BAT Academy where you will establish networking with fellow graduates and senior colleagues from around the world.

CRUCIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor or Masterโs degree in related discipline (i.e Solutions Architecture, Integration, Applications and Data Automation, Technology of Data Science)
- Fresh graduates, and professionals of up to 2 yearsโ experience are welcome to apply
- Possess leadership potential proven through extra-curricular activities or work experience
- Have the right to work full time in Australia
REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS
You will receive a competitive remuneration package of AUD 80,000 โ AUD 85,000 + super + excellent benefits + market leading bonus.
