ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Our DBS Global Graduate Programme is an 18 month fast-track development programme for driven, passionate and ambitious graduates. It is specifically geared for high-potential individuals and provides a foundation for your functional, leadership and commercial development, preparing you at the end of the 18 months to be assigned your first entry-level management role.
You will be immersed in stretch projects that will challenge and excite you during structured rotations and accelerated career pathways.

You will receive a competitive remuneration package of AUD 80,000 โ AUD 85,000 + super + excellent benefits + market leading bonus.

Account Management Strategy Volume / Share Forecasting & Management
Within my current role (have already had 4), I deal with many different strategic planning around customers. I do in depth analysis on marketing levers and different customers whilst also assisting in delivering the commercial numbers
