Account Search
- Primarily responsible for the account search function in handling all external enquiries from government authorities, courts, enforcement agencies or professional firms
Administration
- Conduct Legal and Compliance Department administrative functions
- Prepare reports to management and HQ
- Co-ordinate and prepare agenda, minutes, and other materials for meetings
- Co-ordinate legal and compliance related trainings
Regulatory
- Assist to conduct research on legal and compliance issues
- Co-ordinate and preparation of regulatory registration and reporting both internal and external
- Co-ordinate on committee resolutions and action items
- Coordinate and prepare legal and compliance related reports
Required Skills/Experience:
- 1 - 2 years of experience in the legal or financial services industry preferred, fresh graduate with valid visa will also be considered
- Relevant tertiary education
- Basic knowledge in financial products/industry and understanding of legal and compliance concepts
- Excellent proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Mature, independent and reliable
