 About The Role:

Be part of a small growing team, responsible for turning flat sheets of canvas and PVC into tool bags and other miscellaneous items. Primarily working with an industrial sewing machine, hot knives, HF welding equipment and other tools of the trade. Some assembly and process work is required and the right candidate will have good efficiency and quality of workmanship.

We are passionate about our purpose of reducing wildlife injuries on the power lines and are looking for like-minded individuals who seek to make a real difference through the work they do.

 Key responsibilities include:

  • Sewing and machining of materials
  • Cutting and fabricating materials
  • Assembly work
  • Manufacturing tool bags and equipment
  • Sewing Velcro, webbing, zippers, etc

You should:

  • Experience in the energy industry and in wildlife mitigation products is not necessary!
  • Be experienced with industrial sewing machines and preferably HF PVC welding.
  • Have proficient verbal English/communication skills
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
  • Thrive in a team environment.
  • Be outcomes-focused and able to meet deadlines.
  • Have strong attention to detail and work ethic.
  • Have 3+ years experience in a similar/related role.
