I am a graduate electronics engineer so my day-to-day responsibilities are not too involved. It mostly involves filling out documentation or doing research corresponding to the current assigned task. This could involve getting into contact with suppliers to find out more about a piece of equipment relating to the task. Most of the time it is spent filling in required documentation and reports. Due to being involved remotely with a project interstate I am not able to do any of the more practically related tasks such as physically checking cable routes or locations.

The Commercial role is quite satisfying - but full satisfaction comes from being able to complete a role in its entirety. Unfortunately I have been very stuck within one area of work, due to customer dissatisfaction, but I am looking forward to my last few months to reach out into the finer Commercial details and elements. Day to day responsibility often includes customer calls, current Contract Change Proposal work, and communication to shareholder for information to complete said CCP's.
